HangRoom provides a platform for creators to share content, build communities, and sell products. We act as an intermediary between creators and their audience.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm another person or group, or post content that is hate speech, threatening, or pornographic.

4. Intellectual Property

Creators retain all ownership rights to the content they upload. By uploading content, you grant HangRoom a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Platform, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
